Learn the basics of trail stewardship and vegetation management while helping to improve the safety and look of the Foothills Trail! Saturday, May 11th 10am - 12pm Meet at the McMillan Trailhead What will we be doing - two options participants can choose between: At the trailhead: Vegetation management, invasive species removal & trash pickup OR Bike ride (or walk): Approx. 0.8 mile north to the intersection of 128th and Foothills trail (128th and 162) where we will have a second station managing vegetation that is creating a trail safety hazard (blocking site lines to the intersection). About Our Work Parties Series This event is part of our 2024 Volunteer Stewardship Series in partnership with Pierce County Parks.
